What is a patch?
Our patches are made of a durable material which is then laser-cut to your size and shape specifications. Once you have chosen the size and shape of your patch, your design is embroidered, engraved or sublimated by our team of experts. Then you may choose to have the patch secured to a garment, or finished with an iron-on adhesive for you to apply to your own merchandise at home. Our patches are secured with a layer of adhesive and polyester thread to ensure they stay put no matter how many times they are worn or washed. After we double and triple-check their quality, they are shipped right to your door at no extra cost.
Patches are popular on headwear like toques or hats, but some kinds, like our laser engraved patch, can be sewn onto sweatshirts or other garments as well.
Embroidered Patches

Colour engraving is not available on these patches, and your design will be engraved in black or grey. However, the variety of shapes available for your patch will make up for this single con. If you feel limited by the simple circle or square, this may be the right option for you. Our laser cutter can create a variety of unique shapes for your custom patch. Your text or design will then be etched onto the material of your choice with our high-detail laser. From there, they’re carefully stitched onto the garment of your choice. We recommend a toque, hat,
or sweatshirt. This patch is a great option for anyone looking for a unique way to customize their garments or make their design stand out above the rest.
Sublimated Patches
Sublimation is the process of digitally printing your art onto high-quality sublimation paper, where it is heat transferred onto a patch. Sublimated patches are ideal for vibrant colours or complex designs with colour gradients or fades. These patches will not fade over time and will hold up with regular machine washes or wear and tear. Sublimated patches are perfect for capturing the shades of colour in any photorealistic design. We complete these patches with a merrowed edge, which is a thick border running along the edge of the patch, giving it a finished look. Your design on a sublimated patch is guaranteed to be eye-catching on any garment. Usually, these patches are only available in standard shapes like squares or circles. They can be adhered to any hat or toque, or are available on their own.
