Thick thread embroidery is soft and easy to wear. Unlike thin thread, which will become bunchy and pinch the garment when stitched over large areas, thick thread “yarn” is perfect for large area stitching on sweatshirt material. The other great advantage of thick thread embroidery is that it requires a lot fewer stitches to cover an area, this drastically reduces the cost of embroidery large areas on a sweatshirt.

Thick thread embroidery can be combined with sublimated images on twill or felt to create stunning, eye-catching decorations on sweatshirts or other apparel. The image above, K’AMBA is a full front image on a sweatshirt with a sublimated felt oval. It is super soft and easy to wear.
