Best Decorating Options

This hat works best with Embroidered designs. This hat has a lot of area to embroider which gives you a creative edge. We can embroider on the front, back, and certain spots on the side.

Puff Embroidery is another great option.  With puff embroidery we place a foam material under the stitching to give your logo a three dimensional look.

Laser Engraved Patches that have your design etched into faux leather is also a very trendy way of decorating a hat. These patches a stitched and glued onto the hat. We cannot put a patch over a seam. So keep this in mind when imagining your finished product.

Be aware that there is a seam down the centre of the front. This can be trouble for very complex designs, or designs that need perfect shapes or exact lines. Seams can cause shifting in where the needle drops causing straight lines to jump or perfect circles to contort.  If you have a design you need to be perfect in its shape, we suggest you choose a hat without a centre seam.
