They have a very smooth and printable surface that holds ink well and offer a bright and opaque finish to any decoration. The pants have no pockets and a draw string in the waist. The cuffs have elastics in the around your ankles. The drawstring is white and comes in one continuous loop, so you wont have it pull out in the washing machine.

Best Decorating Methods
Standard Plastisol Screen Printing is recommended for this sweat pant. Plastisol inks are durable and will last long. Especially if the print is on the bottom and it will be sat on and scuffed over the years. The maximum length we can print down the legs is 15.5 inches. The maximum width down the legs will be 4.5 inches.
Accross the bottom, we need to be careful of the seam. Sometimes it is necessary to do a heat press transfer in order to get smooth printing over the middle seam. If that is the case, then we are limited to single colour prints across the bottom.
Discharge inks are not an option on this pant due to the amount of polyester in the fabric.
Embroidery is an option. You can put it anywhere you want. I don’t think we have ever embroidered the bum of a pair of pants before, but maybe you could be the first.
If you were thinking of a large embroidered area, how about applique, which is sewn on felt or twill (or any other fabric really) . Embroidery and applique can be mixed for great results. For example you could stitch your school letters across the bottom of these sweatpants in felt fabric. It would look cool and add an extra layer of softness when you sit on those hard school seats.
