Best Decorating Options:
Standard Plastisol Screen Printing is a great option for this hoodie. Plastisol inks are bright, opaque and very durable. They sit on top of the fabric and have a plasticky feel. This is the standard way to print a hoodie as it results in bright colours and long lasting images.
Reduced Plastisol is also an option for the Jerzees 996 if you want no feel prints. The prints wont be bright, as the colour of the ink will blend with the colour of the sweatshirt, but if you choose a light colour sweatshirt, or a white colour sweatshirt, the colour of reduced plastisol can still be quite opaque. If you print reduced plastisol on a dark colour, or black Jerzees sweatshirt you will have a translucent print that blends with the colour of the fabric. This can be a great look and the bonus is that you cannot feel the print at all as it is pushed into the fabric like a dye.
Embroidery is another great option that works well on a hoodie. If you are using standard threads we suggest you embroidery only small areas like left chest or sleeve. Large areas of embroidery on the Jerzees 996 hoodie can get wavy after the hoodie is washed. We can try and stop this by using a heavy backing, but it leaves the hoodie carboard like in the area of embroidery.
Thick Thread Embroidery is your best option for large areas of embroidery on a hoodie. We use a soft yarn and wide spaced stitches. We stitch it on specific angles to allow for shrinkage of the hoodie that keeps the hoodie flat after washing. It’s a great look and will really impress your crew.
Another option for large embroidered area is to use applique, which is when we sew on shapes of felt or twill or any other fabric. Both types of Embroidery (thick and thin thread) can be mixed with applique for great results.

My staff is very happy with how warm the hoodies are!
It printed really nice, but I thought they were a bit short. The rest of my team liked them.
We use this hoodie to print our brand on. It is a good hoodie. Metal grommets are a nice touch.
