Best Printing Methods
This 100% cotton t-shirt works with all kinds of printing methods, including:
Regular plastisol ink: This is our recommended print method for this hoodie. It will produce bright and opaque colours.
Reduced plastisol ink: will give you a vintage look. No feel or low feel print with muted colours. Also a good choice for this hoodie.
Waterbase discharge: Not a good choice for this hoodie due to the polyester content. Discharge inks only work on natural fibers.
Direct to garment: (DTG) printing is also not recommended due to the polyester content in this hoodie. DTG inks will appear dark and colours will be muted.
Embroidery: Definitely a great option. Keep your embroidery areas small, or small-ish. Large areas of embroidery can become wavy after washes due to the shrinkage of the garment, but not the embroidery. We can fix this with stiff backing, but it does make the clothing somewhat stiff.
Applique: Stitched on letters or shapes are a great option on hoodies. This hoodie will work great!
