This is the perfect shirt for your customizing needs! Not only does it come in a very large variety of colours, there are also matching youth (ATC1000Y) and ladies (ATC1000L) styles for every colour, so there’s no need to worry about consistency when ordering for everyone on your list. The 100% cotton material means that this shirt is breathable while also durable enough to stand up to repeated washing and wearing.

The 1000 series also comes with tear-away labels, so removing the tags and printing in your custom label  is fast and easy. Always a solid choice, consider the ATC 1000 for your next custom t-shirt order.

Best Printing Methods

The 100% cotton ATC 1000 works great with all kinds

of printing, including regular (plastisol) ink, This will produce bright and vibrant prints and give you the best colour matching if you have pantones you need to replicate.

Reduced (plastisol) ink, is a great vintage look with a no-feel image.

Discharge (water based) ink,works well on most colours. Discharge is a bleaching method of printing that removes the dye below the print area. It allows a print to be very thin and breathable. It does however come with some complications and doesn’t work well with some colours. (avoid royal blue) Read about it here . We can probably do it, but will need to discuss it with you.

DTG (direct-to-garment). works well on most colours. (avoid charcoal)
