Best Printing Methods
The 100% cotton ATC 1000 works great with all kinds
of printing, including regular (plastisol) ink, This will produce bright and vibrant prints and give you the best colour matching if you have pantones you need to replicate.
Reduced (plastisol) ink, is a great vintage look with a no-feel image.
Discharge (water based) ink,works well on most colours. Discharge is a bleaching method of printing that removes the dye below the print area. It allows a print to be very thin and breathable. It does however come with some complications and doesn’t work well with some colours. (avoid royal blue) Read about it here . We can probably do it, but will need to discuss it with you.
DTG (direct-to-garment). works well on most colours. (avoid charcoal)
