Best Printing Methods
The 100% ringspun cotton 3001 works as a great print surface for all types of printing, including regular plastisol, reduced plastisol, water-based discharge.
Embroidery is moderately successful with this shirt, however due to it’s lightweight fabric, large areas of embroidery can become wavy and wrinkled once the shirt is washed and shrinks a little. For embroidered t-shirts that have large areas of stitching, we would recommend a heavier weight t-shirt.
