Best Printing Methods
All screen printing methods work will on this t-shirt, however since this t-shirt is light weight it will work best with reduced or discharge inks.
Reduced plastisol is a great option on this shirt. It is very thin ink that penetrates into the fabric. It is not opaque and takes on the colour of the shirt a little. Often this type of printing is considered ‘vintage‘.
Discharge ink works well on solid colours of this shirt. Avoid the heather colours, due to their polyester content discharge ink can produce unpredictable results.
Embroidery works fine in small areas. Due to the light weight material of this shirt, we don’t recommend large areas. Stick to left chest or images that are less than 6 square inches.

These shirts have rich colour and an excellent fit, plus they're super soft. We used Digital Transfer for our design and they turned out great! Definitely something I'd wear all day, and they've been a hit with our customers too.

It's the best priced of the soft kinds of t-shirts. It's a bit tighter a fit than the other Gildan shirts too, which I like. My only complaint is that it seemed a little short. Could be maybe one inch longer in my opinion.
